Class 2 have been fully immersed in their World War II topic this term. In History, the children have explored what life was like during the war, while in Writing they have used the model text Letters from the Lighthouse to inspire their own letter writing. The children have thoroughly enjoyed the story, and this enthusiasm has been reflected in the high quality of their written pieces.
We have also been busy entrepreneurs as part of our Grow a Fiver Challenge, creating products, making items to sell and organising our own small businesses. The children have shown fantastic teamwork, creativity and determination throughout the project.
