Rehearsals are under way for our Christmas production: Silent Night! Some excellent acting and beautiful singing too. In music, we listened to ‘Vexations’ by Satie and we drew the house design that came to mind when listening to the music. We then found out about an actual house in London that was inspired by this music! Members of Class 3 took part in a netball tournament and did very well, showing great sportsmanship. In maths, we are moving onto fractions and we’ve worked on adding, subtracting and dividing fractions. In English and history, we are still focusing on the Victorian era and on our class text, Street Child. We enjoyed our visit from Water Aid and were shocked to hear about conditions in some countries.
