All the staff were delighted to welcome back the children to school on Monday 8th March. The classrooms and corridors once again resonate with the sound of conversation and laughter and the playground is a hive of activity, fun and ingenuity. We have missed you all and are so glad to have you back.
We cannot say a big enough thank you to all our parents and carers who have supported the children throughout lockdown and ensured that learning has continued. The staff members who have school aged children and grandchildren can very much identify with the difficulties encountered when encouraging and supporting the children with their learning, maintaining a routine which works for them, balancing the needs everyday life all whilst attempting to juggle work commitments. The children produced the outside ‘Thank You’ display for you all in acknowledgement of your efforts and success – we hope you liked it!
