Kings Caple will be swimming at Ross swimming pool in the summer term. A letter outlining arrangements and costs will be sent to parents nearer the time but key points to note are:
- Year 1 to 6 will swim on Monday’s starting 20th April;
- There will be a total of 10 sessions, each lasting 30 minutes;
- We will leave school at 12.45pm and return at 2.45pm in time for the end of the school day;
- If a swimming consent form was not returned to school in September (part of the end of year pack) we will require a form to be completed before a child swims;
- Please ensure that children have their full swimming kit with them. Girls must wear hats and swimwear must be a swimming costume. Boys must wear hats if they have long hair and swim shorts should be above the knee;
- Please ensure that all clothes, shoes, swim bags, swimwear, goggles and towels are clearly named.
