A reminder that Sports Day will be held on Tuesday 25th June this year. You are welcome to join us on the field at 10am and for a picnic lunch at 12 noon. School will escort the children to the field. There will be no hot meals on 25th June. All children will need a packed lunch on this day. Please ensure that if your child is entitled to a free school meal and if you are not providing your own, a packed lunch is ordered via the Rumbling Tum. As in previous years we have instructed the kitchen to replace any hot meals ordered with a cheese packed lunch. If parents wish to make other arrangements please let the kitchen know. Please cancel any meals not required for children eligible for free school meals so that the school does not incur the charge – thank you!
Reserve sports day is Tuesday 2nd July and if this is the date used then any hot meals ordered will again revert to a cheese packed lunch as above.
You are welcome to take your child home once sports day has finished and please remember that there will be no after school club after sports day.
