Sparks Young Writer Groups are monthly writing groups for young people interested in any kind of creative writing. Groups are divided into school years 3-6 (junior aged), and school years 7-12 (secondary or high school aged), with online groups available for both juniors and teens. The team are bringing the junior group to Hereford for the 2022-23 academic year. The monthly writing groups are run by professional writers and an assistant writer. The 2-hour sessions cost £9.00 but there are free bursary places available for young people who qualify for pupil premium/free school dinners.
