Unfortunately the blackbird that built its nest in Class 1’s outside area did not succeed in hatching its eggs. We returned from school after a weekend to find the mum missing and the nest completely empty. We can only hope that the blackbird has built elsewhere and hopefully in a position that is not quite so exposed!
