Restart a Heart day is on or around 16th October. It is an event that sees the collaborative effort of hundreds of clinicians, teachers and volunteers working together to train members of the public how to perform CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Although the project cannot physically attend all the local they would like, they have asked us to share the message that CPR can save lives. West Midlands Ambulance Service want everyone to learn this lifesaving skill. You can find information about their ‘Little Life Savers’ campaign and watch a video here:
