On 6th December children in years Reception through to and including year 5 will be given a nasal flu vaccination. All parents have received a consent form which should be returned to the school office as soon as possible. Only children with a returned consent form will be given the vaccination, however, the NHS request that a form is returned for each and every child even if consent is declined, stating the reason for decline if relevant. Many thanks.
