Class 2 at Kings Caple will again be taking part in Moving Targets. For parents/carers who are not aware of this initiative it is an opportunity for the children to choreograph a dance to a piece of music and perform it on stage at the Courtyard in Hereford.
The initiative gives the children the opportunity to work together as a team, collaborate on choreography, meet their peers from a variety of other schools and, in a supportive environment, enjoy the challenge of standing on stage to perform in front of a theatre audience.
This year there are 20 schools taking part over 2 days. Kings Caple will perform on 27th February 2024 and this year there will be two performances for parents/carers to choose to watch – a matinee at 4pm and an evening performance at 7pm.
A letter regarding ticket sales and how to book will be sent to parents on 10th January and further logistical information will also follow nearer the time.
