If you are unemployed or economically inactive and aged 19 or over, the Herefordshire Wildlife Trust are offering free training which will give the skills and confidence to work with children and young people; to gain an understanding about child’s play and the principles of providing good play opportunities.
Playing Creatively Level 3 is a 7 week course held at Queenswood Country Park from 9:45am to 12.30pm. The course starts on Wed 15th June and then runs every week as follows:
- Wed 22nd, Wed 29th June
- Wed 6th, Wed 13th, Wed 20th July
- Wed 10th August
The course will enable you to take up volunteering opportunities in your community or begin a pathway to a career working with children. Travel costs will be reimbursed.
