Class 3 will be taking part in the Herefordshire Schools Advent Service at the Cathedral on Thursday 28th November. The arrangements for the service are as follows:
- Children will need to be collected early from school 2.15pm and be dropped at Hereford Cathedral by 2.45pm at the latest. Mr Gittins will be waiting outside the main doors to meet them.
- The children will rehearse from 3.00pm until 3.45pm.
- Children will have a break for tea from 3.45pm until 5.00pm. Parents can either provide a packed lunch for their children or collect them if preferred.
- The service starts at 5.30pm and each child will receive up to 3 complimentary tickets for parents/family – see below.
- If parents are not attending, they will need to collect at 6.30pm.
A letter will be distributed to parents – please complete the ticket request form and return to school.
