On 12th November Herefordshire Council’s Road Safety personnel will visit school to talk to the children about all aspects of road safety. This includes advice on:
- how to stay safe when walking outside;
- the difference between road crossings such as ‘zebra’ and ‘pelican’ and how to use them;
- what to wear so as to remain visible when outside.
This is an annual visit and we hope it will help reinforce the importance of being safe and seen on and around our roads.
