Children and young people (school aged 5 to 16) in Herefordshire who receive benefits-related free school meals are invited to sign up to enjoy up to 64 hours of free activities 24 July – 1 September.
Herefordshire Council’s Talk Community team are working in partnership with local organisations to deliver a range of exciting free indoor and outdoor activities for the summer break.
The Here for Herefordshire programme aims to get young people involved with new and exciting activities: from a variety of sports to gardening, cheerleading, drama, paddle boarding, martial arts and cooking – the list is huge. There will also be a free healthy meal for children at each activity session.
Eligible families can book their places through the holiday activities page on the Talk Community website from Wednesday 28 June: www.talkcommunity.org/holidayactivities
