Reception eye tests will take place on Monday 25th February. Wye Valley NHS Trust Children’s Services offer routine eye tests to every child in their Reception year. This complies with the National Screening Guidelines and is recommended for every child.
Letters with opt-out forms have been sent home to parents with children in the Reception class.
Children will be automatically tested unless the opt-out form is completed and returned to school.
