This week Class 3 have been looking at poetry. Initially the children weren’t too enthused but are now loving the fun poetry we’re producing. We’ve had a go at some kennings and riddles. Can you guess what our riddles are?

In maths we have started looking at statistics. We’ve been reading and interpreting line graphs as well as producing our own using the data provided.

For topic we’ve been sketching some Victorian architecture and finding out about famous Victorian landmarks and the architects that designed them. We also made our own gruel using a Victorian recipe – it didn’t look too appetising and didn’t taste wonderful either! We are now planning to add some more ingredients to hopefully improve the taste.
