In class 1 we have begun to learn the story of Plop the Owl who was afraid of the dark.  The children have explored his character and the whole class have made some lovely pictures using collage and paints.  In maths reception have been exploring shapes and counting lots of different objects. In Year 1 the children have looked at 2 and 3 D shapes and looked at the properties they have.  In science the children have explored bulbs and their structure and planted some bulbs in our outdoor area to watch them grow in springtime.
