The children in the school all took part in some great science experiments during British Science week. The children discussed what they expected to happen and then observed and commented on why they thought each experiment turned out as it did.  The children used the seismograph in an earthquake simulation and were excited to see the marks on the paper when they shook the equipment.  We talked about the connections for each experiment to real life situations such as bread making, monitoring for earthquakes and food hygiene.
