This year Kings Caple have marked Armastice Day in several ways. In class 1 the children have produced some fantastic poppy artwork (see a separate news post relating to Class 1). The whole school will stand in their ‘bubbles’ in the playground and observe 2 minutes silence at 11am on Wednesday 11th November – the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. we have also produced a ‘recycled’ poppy made of bottle top lids which we have proudly displayed on the school fence.
