Last week was Anti-Bullying Week and in class the children focused on exploring what the term ‘bullying’ actually means together with ‘how’ bullying can occur and what to do about it if we experience it ourselves or think it may be happening to someone else.
We try to make our school as safe and happy as it can possibly be and therefore took some time out of our daily routine to reinforce healthy friendships by making ‘hands of kindness’ hearts which are now proudly on display in the corridor.
Bullying can take many forms and can occur in many different ways. As a parent/carer with children growing up in an ever more technical world we appreciate that you will have particular concerns about keeping children safe from online/cyber bullying.
