Parents will already know that Google Classrooms is a free web based platform that allows children to learn in school and at home from any mobile device. Parents have already received a letter outlining the platform and how it works and passwords have also been distributed.
This is just a reminder that all children in Year 1-6 will access the platform in class with their teachers as well as at home should a child need to self-isolate or in the event of a partial (a class ‘bubble’ closure) or a second full lockdown.
For Reception ‘Tapestry’ will continue to be the primary communication software for home learning.
