Both Class 1 and Class 2 have been exceptionally busy in their PE lessons over the past few weeks. In readiness for HMFA Athletics in July and our Sports Day on Wednesday 28th June, the children have been starting to practice their athletic skills. Class 2 will be taking a trip to the Hereford Athletics track (where the HMFA event will be held) on 21st June so they can see the track and field facilities before they attend the event in July.
In the last few weeks Class 2’s skills at rounders have also developed well as they have had quite a lot of practice on the field. Coordination, catching and throwing accuracy have all improved well and the children have enjoyed being outside and in the sunshine.
