Please can we ask parents to place payments for school trips and clubs in an envelope with the following information on the front:
- Child’s name
- What the payment relates to; and
- Amount enclosed
We would also ask that payments for breakfast club and after school club are kept separate where possible. The envelopes can then be placed in the red tray outside the office hatch. Envelopes with payments for school lunches should continue to be placed in the box on the wall in the corridor.
If you do not have an envelope a small supply are provided outside the hatch for this purpose.
