The whole of Kings Caple Primary Academy enjoyed Sports Day on Tuesday 2nd July. The weather was glorious as Class 3 organised a sporting selection of events for the other two classes. The events included javelin, football skills, a bean-bag throwing activity and timed circuits. We also enjoyed some traditional sports day races including the egg and spoon race, a sack race and relay races.
Afterwards the children,their families and staff enjoyed a picnic in the wonderful summer sunshine. Emeralds were the overall winners of Sports Day but all the children in every ‘house’ should be applauded for their efforts.
