We have arranged for Class 3 to join Pencombe school on a trip to the West Midlands Safari Park in Kidderminster on Thursday 27th June 2019.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for the children to see animals they may not have seen before, learn about them and also socialise and meet children from Pencombe school. The children will also take part in a ’Discovery’ workshop entitled ‘Who Eats Who’ where they will have the opportunity to learn about the food chain and interact with some of the smaller animals in the park.
Children can wear their own clothes and sensible footwear and outerwear for the weather conditions on that day, including a sun hat. They will also need a packed lunch, some healthy snacks and lots to drink. As usual, we will tell the kitchen to change any hot meals to a cheese packed lunch for children attending the trip. Please contact Rumbling Tum direct if you wish to make other arrangements or cancel.
Timings for the trip will be supplied as soon as they are known.
The cost of the trip will be £22.50 per child. This will cover the costs of entry to the safari park, transport and the ‘Discovery’ workshop. Cheques should be made payable to Kings Caple Primary Academy.
