We have had a great start to the term and it is wonderful to see smiling, hard-working children in every classroom. The children have come back to school after the Easter break with an excellent attitude to learning, which is always good to see. Class 1 have been on a fantastic trip to Birdland and Class 3 loved their trip to Venetia Williams’ stables to see her racehorses in action. Meanwhile, Class 2 are enjoying their new topic and have created some excellent work. We have even more exciting things to look forward to over the next few weeks, including the Year 6 residential and Hay Festival.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Brockhampton Nursing Home for their very generous donation of £200 to the PTFA. Many thanks to Leoni Lord for making this happen. This will make a real difference.
