Hello and welcome to Kings Caple Primary Academy News Report. It’s now 2018! This is quite a small news report as there were only three days in the first week.
Class 3 News
Their new topic is Rainforests! They have learnt about where the Rainforests are and what the climate is! In maths, they have been doing place value and in English, our new topic is the Highwayman – because of this, a horse is coming in on Monday and on Tuesday (for Rainforests) there will be rainforest animals coming in!
Class 2 News
Their new topic is Safari! They are enjoying this topic! They will be going on a trip soon!
Class 1 News
They have been learning place value and their new topic is Dinosaurs! They are also going on a trip with Class 3; more will be announced about that in the future! Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs is their English topic and they went to see Paddington 2 at The Courtyard on Tuesday! They are also going to be growing and observing pre-historic creatures, triops and sea-monkeys!
Gardening Project!
KCPASC (Kings Caple Primary Academy School Council) have been working on a Gardening Project for the Quiet Area! They were awarded a grant! This includes making fruit and vegetables and an extension to outdoor learning!
