Herefordshire Wildlife Trust are running a new course for people interested in working with children in a play setting. It gives participants a qualification in play work, experience of working with children, and equips them with the tools needed to encourage and lead play sessions. The course has spaces available for people to join starting in a couple of weeks time.

- Cost: Free
- For: Anyone aged 19+, priority given to those unemployed or economically inactive, but we also have vacancies for those in work
- What: A five week course leading to a Level 3 qualification in play work (accredited by Gloucester Uni)
- Where: Queenswood Country Park and Arboretum, Dinmore Hill, Leominster, HR6 0PY
- Times: 9:30am – 12:30pm
- When: Starts Thurs 17th Nov, and runs every week for five weeks
- We can offer childcare – please let us know if this is something you’d need to be able to attend the course
- This course also comes with an opportunity to gain volunteer experience with our Wildlife Trust Engagement Team, to help bolster future job applications for participants.
