Kings Caple have a very active PTFA. The group supports the school by raising funds through a programme of annual events, such as the annual school fete/bbq; harvest supper and Christmas Bazaar.
Monies raised help subsidise a variety of initiatives such as school visits/trips, outside speakers, workshops and activities. For example, funding in recent years has enabled the school to engage a mosaic maker to produce four wonderful mosaics with the children. PTFA funding has also helped the school to update the children’s kitchen area as a multi-use space for cooking activities and other nurture/intervention activities. Fundraising has also helped support several trips to venues such as Madley Environmental Centre, Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre and the Corinium Museum.
